Andrés F. González Contró has a Law Degree from the Universidad Anáhuac. He has completed postgraduate studies in the area of Cyber Crimes, Commercial Contracts and Business, Private International Law and Oral Criminal Litigation, among others. He is a lawyer specialized in the civil and commercial area. P>
He currently holds the position of director of the law firm González Schmal, Abogados and of the collection recovery firm Cobranzas Corporativas. He has intervened as a lawyer in complex litigation both in the Mexican Republic and abroad. He is also a member and advisor on the boards of directors of various companies in the real estate, hydrocarbons, trade and tourism industries.
Andrés has participated as an advisor to the members of the Congress of the Union and Civil Society Organizations in the preparation of bills that have become part of current Mexican legislation. In pro bono practice, he has participated as legal advisor in various non-profit organizations and associations, among which are the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Save The Children, the Fernando Gamboa Cultural Promoter, the Feliciano Béjar Foundation, the Educational Community Tomás Moro and the YWCA Mexico.
